Personal and Data Security

1. Protecting requests

The website connection uses HTTPS. The contents of submitted requests are stored encrypted on the server. The administrator and authorised people can access a case only to the extent needed to handle it. Encryption does not mean that a request is unreadable to people authorised to read it.

2. Data on your device

Answers, notes, card markers about your own situation and private access details may remain on your device after you close the website. The app does not encrypt these records; personal local records have no automatic expiry. Anyone with access to your unlocked device may be able to read them.

Protect your private link and access code. Do not publish them or your questionnaire summary. After using a shared device, delete this website’s data and downloaded files.

Deleting device data does not delete a request from the server. You can delete a submitted request and withdraw consent through your private access. See “Privacy” and “Cookies” for details.

3. Sharing information safely

Use the questionnaire submission to send a personal request. Ordinary email and the Contact form are intended for organisational matters. Do not send the complete questionnaire or details of your private history through them. Do not enter information that identifies other people.

4. If a problem occurs

If you lose private access or suspect that data has been disclosed, write to kontakt@deopressoliber.org. Describe the problem without attaching your full history, private link or access code.

5. Safe participation

Participation in conversation and prayer is voluntary. You may ask for an explanation, take a break or stop. The questionnaire and appointment booking are for adults only.

The website does not provide immediate assistance or a round-the-clock service.

In an immediate danger situation, contact emergency services: 112 in Poland and the European Union, or the local emergency number outside the EU. Do not wait for a reply from this service.
