About Us

De Oppresso Liber — Biblical Ministry of Liberation and Healing is a Christian initiative serving those seeking truth, prayer, healing, and freedom.

Our Roots

Our spiritual home is the “New Beginning” community in Bielawa, which belongs to the Church of Evangelical Christians in the Republic of Poland. The pastor of the community is Mieczysław Żmuda.

We carry out the De Oppresso Liber ministry with the knowledge and consent of the leadership of the Church of Christians of the Evangelical Faith in the Republic of Poland (Kościół Chrześcijan Wiary Ewangelicznej w RP, KChWE), including its Chief Presbyter, Dr Andrzej Jeziernicki.

Information about the Church is available on the official KChWE website: https://kchwe.pl/ — and information about its leadership on the Church Office website: https://kchwe.pl/kancelaria/.

We do not limit our ministry to a single denomination. We want to serve both those who belong to churches and Christian communities, as well as those who are just beginning to seek God and need spiritual support.

Where We Operate

We operate in Poland, primarily in Lower Silesia.

If a larger group of interested people gathers in another region, it is possible—upon prior arrangement—to organize discussions and prayer sessions at a local church or community.

Conversation and Prayer

We are committed to providing our ministry responsibly, discreetly, and with respect for the dignity of every person.

The pastoral questionnaire “The Path to Freedom” helps you prepare for the meeting and communicate where you need support. You can save any issues you’d rather not discuss for a personal conversation.

After the ministry concludes, we encourage you to continue growing in faith, prayer, and knowledge of God’s Word, as well as building healthy relationships within your local church.

About the Materials in the Library

In the De Oppresso Liber Library, we present materials from various sources that explore spiritual topics from the perspectives of different authors and Christian ministries.
The inclusion of a resource does not imply that our ministry fully endorses all the statements contained therein or that it confirms their accuracy. This also applies to descriptions of spirits, the spiritual roots of illnesses, and their connections to human experiences. We present them as the authors’ views and interpretations.

Website Management and Contact
