Migraine
According to Henry W. Wright
Possible spiritual roots
Conflict with oneself concerning a specific situation — particularly guilt and self-accusation.
Fear and anxiety develop from guilt and inner accusation.
Wright describes a decrease in serotonin and increased histamine release; the dilation of blood vessels is said to put pressure on sensitive nerves.
Spiritual response
Recognize guilt and self-accusation; take responsibility for one's own part; break agreement with guilt, self-accusation, and fear; forgive wrongs suffered; pray for healing.
