Fibromyalgia
Henry W. Wright’s perspective
Possible spiritual roots
A lack of a sense of protection, security, and emotional care. Wright also identifies abandonment and the absence of safe support.
The person remains watchful, expects danger, and struggles to enter rest. Fear, anxiety, and prolonged stress develop.
Perfectionism, pressure to achieve, and an inward compulsion to keep doing sustain the tension.
Wright describes abnormal nerve impulses triggered outside conscious choice and connects them with an established fear response.
Fibromyalgia — the main profile moves from lack of protection and security through fear and pressure to act toward chronic pain.
Spiritual response
The spiritual response leads toward receiving the protection and care of God the Father, healing from abandonment, rejecting fear, perfectionism, and pressure, and praying for rest, peace, and healing.
